I'm still holding onto all of my dead weight.
The memories occupy all the space in my brain.
Though things in my life will always stay the same,
I guess that I'll wake up to a brand new day
and look at my life if it belonged to someone else.
And even though I honestly hate myself,
it's not all bad. Yeah, it could be worse.
I could have died without knowing you first.

All I want is to figure out
what I'm worth, before I'm worth nothing at all.
And even though the sum of my parts are meaningless
without the glue that keeps them held together
and brings to life the person that I despise
more than anything. Anything at all.

With this dead weight hanging off my back,
another day like this, I'll have a heart attack.
I just need to sleep and maybe start to care,
but I'm burned out and going nowhere.
I just wanna get stoned and forget my dreams.
Stare into the bottom of a bottle and I'll see
that nothing in my life will ever stay the same.
I guess that I'll always think this way.
